We are a business specialising in popular Dancewear and Fashion brands including Pineapple Dancewear, Pineapple Footwear, Pineapple dance bags, Tappers and Pointers dancewear and Gymnastics wear, Gifted Dancer jewellery and dance bags, Silky dance tights and underwear, Roch Valley dancewear, Intermezzo dancewear, The Zone gymnastics range, Taglia Basilica and we stock many dance related Jewellery, Dance Bags and Hair Accessory items which are perfect gifts for dancers of all ages. 
Our priorities focus on the following areas:

Postage Cost: We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum for customers and many of our products come with free delivery to UK postcodes. Where we do charge postage it is kept as low as we possibly can as we realise there is a lot of choice out there and we want you to choose us!

Delivery: At Dance Station Direct we realise that when you buy something you want to receive it quickly so we post orders daily and orders placed for items which are in stock before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be despatched the same day. All orders posted to UK customers will be shipped by Royal Mail. Please let us know if you require something urgently and we will do our best to get it to you on time! For Overseas customers shipping will be by Airmail and International Signed For shipping (prices on request).

Back Orders: Occasionally during busy periods high demand products may become out of stock. If this situation arises we will email or telephone you as quickly as possible to update you on the expected delivery date.


Returns and exchanges: We want you to be happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you are not then please return item in its original condition complete with packaging and tags attached advising is if you would like the item refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving it.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please return with full postage paid, we advise that you obtain a "proof of posting" certificate from the Post Office. Refunds will be processed on receipt of goods, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please send returns to:
